Episode Eight - Winter City

In this episode I visit Toronto's Winter City Festival. There was a giant snow globe with real people in it; a large painted ice sculpture called "Paintings Below Zero" by Gordon Halloran that represents the effect of global warming on the polar ice caps; and an interesting presentation by an Italian theatre company, Kitonb, entitled "Carillon - The Flight of Time". (25.5Mb - 5m27s)

Music: "Firefly" by Alienation

This is the first videoblog I've watched in 2 weeks :]

That festival looked like a blast! I especially liked the "giant rubberband square"! That looked like so much fun, just falling down through the strings :]

It looked awfully cold, though :\

Toronto Town Hall is huge!_!
The snow globe was also very cool! Thanks for bringing us along :p

Thanks for the comments Will and Misbhavens!

Yes, it was very cold - especially when it stopped snowing!

I wish I could bounce down the inside of the rubberband square!
